How to Cancel or Change My Fashi&fashion Order?

While you can’t modify an order once it’s been placed, you do have the option to cancel it within 30 minutes of placing it.

Here’s how to cancel an order:

1. If you’re a Fashi&Fashion Member, sign in to view your order or navigate to your orders page if you’re already signed in.
2. Select the order you wish to cancel.
3. Tap or click the “Cancel” button and follow the prompts.

If the cancel button isn’t visible, your order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
